12 Noon ET Dr. Lisa Bhungalia Assistant Professor, Department of Geography University of Wisconsin-Madison, and former UCIS Visiting Professor in Contemporary International Issues will give a book talk. Her book examines the entanglements of aid, law, and war in Palestine with attention to the surveillance and policing regimes produced through the embedding of counterterrorism laws and infrastructures into civilian aid flows. |
