The Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding and the Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies at Georgetown University in April 2025 hosted Dr. Khaled Abou El Fadl, Omar and Azmeralda Alfi Distinguished Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, for a talk titled “Gaza and the Problem of Political Tyranny in the Islamic World: A Conversation with Khaled Abou El Fadl”.
